Monserrate
Interior Remodel

A full interior remodel of a single-family residence in Coral Gables, one of Miami-Dade County's most architecturally distinctive neighborhoods.

Rahal Architects led the design, architectural and engineering plans for a comprehensive renovation encompassing the kitchen, living spaces, and primary suite, with a focus on creating an open, light-filled floor plan that complements the home's existing character. The result is a refined, modern interior that respects the scale and proportions of Coral Gables homes while elevating every functional space.
